Be sure to join us Saturday, July 16th at 9am for the 4-H Livestock Auction at the Fairgrounds. This year we will have a autographed football from the Indianapolis Colts up for auction! Hope to see you there.

NEW BARN RULE FOR 2011!!
In accordance with the Indiana State Fire Code there will be a little change this year in regards to extension cords. All extension cords must be "heavy duty" and have their ground pin in the plug. You may not use any repaired, cut, or damaged extension cords. If you are using the extension cord it can ONLY be used to power one appliance (fan, etc). You cannot connect one cord into another to extend it, you must use a longer cord if needed. Remember not to get a cord that is a lot longer than you need, as a large excess of extension cord coiled up can conduct heat. You may not use any power strips or other plugs/splitters on extension cords. You may use an extension cord with a multiple outlet head if it is original factory pre-wired cord. In this case you may use a one appliance per plug. See examples below...

Above are examples of what NOT to use!

The above three cords are examples of what you may use.
